Apple Releases iOS and IPadOS 13.2.3: What’s New in These Updates

Apple released the new iOS and iPadOS – 13.2.3 – for iPad and iPhone. This comes as an update to the iPad and iOS 13.2.2 software, which was released on the 7th of November. The new update is available on all the qualified devices from the Settings app. In order to get the update for the device, go to Settings, to General, to Software Update.

iPadOS and iOS 13.2.3 are some minor updates, which are only focusing on performance improvements and on bug fixes for those issues that could not be addressed in iOS 13.2 and
iOS 13.2.2.

As per the release notes of Apple, the update will fix a bug that prevents the Mail app from getting new messages, and it also fixes a bug that caused links, photos, and other attachments not to be shown as they are supposed to in the Messages detail view. The release notes of ‌iPadOS‌ 13.2.3 and iOS 13.2.3 are the same.

iOS 13.2.3 brings enhancements and fixes

iOS 13.2.3 comes with bug fixes and improvements for your iPhone. It also fixes an issue that prevents the app from downloading content in the background, and also another Mail bug in which the message fails to include and even quote he original message content in Exchange accounts.

iOS 13.2.2, the update from last week, solves an issue on iPhone and iPad, which caused apps that run in the background to suddenly quit, thing that leads to background apps to refresh more than normal.

Apple is right now beta testing an iOS 13.3 update, which includes Communication Limits for Screen Time and some other adjustments.
