The developer of Call of Duty: Modern Warfare, Infinity Ward, has announced that a lot of addition will come into the game alongside bug fixes. The announcement posted on the community update post is saying that the team of developers is working on new additions, new mods, other features, and to solve some issues.
The additions will come in the next few weeks, and players will see a 3v3 Gunfight mode and Gunfight tournaments. As you know by now, initially, Call of Duty went with the 2v2 gunfight, and the 1v1 came recently.
Another addition that will come into the game is the Gunfight tournament beta from November 2019 held by Infinity Ward. The tournament will begin with bug fixes and new rewards. The gifts don’t stop here, because players will receive a double portion of XP, weapon XP, or 2x tiers.

Besides that, Infinity Ward is well aware of the problems that the players are encountering in the game. Issues such as Ground War exploits, or the auto-aim for PC, and other map issues are all taken care of.
The developers have the Trello board in which every aspect is taken into consideration and highlighted. Some of them are a work in progress, others will be fixed, but at the same time, a lot of new problems can appear.
To sum up, Infinity Ward is taking care of the players, because it has in plan to launch a schedule of the future updates. The company wants to keep in touch with the Call of Duty community, so next week, players will receive on Tuesday a playlist with the updates. Besides this, Thursday is the day for the behind the scenes content, and Friday is the day for the developer diary.
