Clash of Clans players have awaited the Spring 2020 update for a while now, and it finally went live. Supercell, the popular video game’s developer, has allowed some sneak peeks into what the update would bring in the last two weeks, mentioning some of the additions ahead of time.
Now, Clash of Clans 13.180.6 update has been released and comes with new levels, brand new features, as well as gameplay improvements.
Clash of Clans 13.180.6 Update
The most mentioned change expected to come with the release, Clash of Clans 13.180.6 update, is the addition of Super Troops, which are powered-up variants of the regular Troop in the main Village. There are a total of four Super Troops that came with the latest update, each of them featuring a different and special unique ability related to their normal counterpart. The new Troops include Super Barbarian, Sneaky Goblin, Super Wall Breaker, and Super Giant.
Players can upgrade to a Super Troop from the building shaped like a barrel they can find in the vicinity of the Trader in the Home Village. To update these Troops, you have to use Dark Elixir. They last for one week, but you cannot have more than one Super Troop active at the same time; however, you can use others in battle if they are donated to you by a Clan teammate.
Aside from the highly-expected Super Troops, the new update brings new levels that allow you to upgrade the Village’s Troops, Buildings, Defense, and Spells.
Other Additions in Clash of Clans
The latest roll-out, Clash of Clans 13.180.6 update, also includes changes to Builder’s Base Clock Tower. Its boost duration (3-11 minutes) has been enhanced (14-30 minutes), as well as its multiplier speed (8x to 10x), and the cooldown (from 7 to 22 hours). Besides these adjustments, the release also came with some game balancing changes, bug fixes, UI and art tweaks, and a few other additions.
