Dead By Daylight’s New DLC Unleash Silent Hill’s Pyramid Head

Silent Hill is back, but not as you imagine. Thanks to Dead by Daylight’s newest DLC, we’re going to see the iconic killer Pyramid Head again.

From Halloween’s Michael Meyers and Stranger Things’ Demogorgon, Dead by Daylight has brought villains, killers, and survivors from all forms of lore and media to create an intriguing plot. The recent addition, however, is the best so far. Here is what you need to know.

Dead by Daylight Will Feature Silent Hill DLC

The developers behind Dead by Daylight have unveiled their latest licensed DLC pack, Silent Hill. The Silent Hill DLC will include a new survivor, killer, and map.

The most iconic of all killers in Silent Hill is the cruel Pyramid Head, so it’s no wonder Behaviour Interactive chose to bring him in this brand new DLC. Cheryl Mason from Silent Hill 3 and the Midwich Elementary School map from the original Silent Hill, will also arrive.

Dead by Daylight is now available on PS4, Xbox One, Nintendo Switch, and PC. The Silent Hill DLC will be available on June 16.

Dead by Daylight Will Unleash the Pyramid Head

Pyramid Head will arrive with lots of new gameplay mechanics. Dubbed “The Executioner,” the killer will wear his trademark massive blade, which can be utilized to make trenches throughout the ground. These trenches will compel survivors to go around them unless they want to experience the new Tormented status. Pyramid Head will also be able to create cages of torment to trap survivors while he’s out searching for his next victim.

Cheryl Mason Will Bring the Occult

The Silent Hill DLC will also introduce a new survivor, Cheryl Mason from Silent Hill 3. Her connection with the occult will let her hold significant power on the Entity in Dead by Daylight.

Midwich Elementary Map Will Arrive in Dead by Daylight

Dead by Daylight’s upcoming DLC will add a new map from the original Silent Hill game, the Midwich Elementary School. The map is one of the first maps to ever come with an outside playing area and a full inside view.

The original composer of Silent Hill, Akira Yamaoka, worked alongside Dead by Daylight’s devs to set the tone of what it is to be inside Silent Hill.
