Famous Wrestler and Stuntman Passed Away at 54 Years-Old

Starting September 9 of this year, the world of wrestling and stunts has become poorer. Stevie Lee, a professional wrestler, stuntman, and actor in the movie ‘Jackass 3D’, passed away from a heart attack in his home. He was only 54 years old.

Jacob ‘Turtle’ Colyer, also a wrestler and a friend of Stevie Lee, confirmed to CNN the sad news.

‘The nicest guy I’ve ever known’

Colyer seems to have only good things to say about his friend who passed away:

“He’s the nicest guy I’ve ever known,

“He enjoyed life, that’s what it was. He was all about living in the moment.”

The same guy says about Lee that he was like a big brother to everyone he met, and could even cheer up even the saddest person.

Besides his wrestling career, Stevie Lee has also been featuring in Jackass 3D, reality series Half Pint Brawlers, American Horror Story, Baby Fever the Movie, and Oz the Great and Powerful.

Preferred a modest lifestyle

Lee has an estimated net worth of $5 million as of 2020. His primary source of income was his career as an actor. Despite being able to accumulate a good fortune, it is thought that Lee preferred to lead a modest lifestyle.

A GoFundMe campaign has now been activated to help the family and friends of Lee with funeral costs, issuing a statement on the ‘Laying Puppet To Rest’ page explaining that the wrestler died ‘unexpectedly’ at home on Wednesday September 9

Stevie Lee was born in England and raised by his parents. Not too much information about Lee’s family is publicly available. However, he has one brother named Jim Richardson.

As for his sentimental life, Stevie has not shared anything public. The public doesn’t know if the former wrestler was either married or in a relationship.

RIP, Stevie Lee!
