Google’s next device, a low-cost version dubbed Google Pixel 4a, is coming soon. We expect it to be released somewhere in May this year, both the Pixel 4a and the Pixel 4a XL.
These smartphones have already been praised online a lot, so we can also anticipate much buzz when it’s going to hit the markets. Recently, a hands-on video of the Pixel 4a variant was leaked. And now, the smartphone has been seen on a billboard in a public area. It hints at the design and the price, too.
Google Pixel 4a’s Possible Price
The Pixel 4a’s billboard teaser indicates the device will arrive with a starting cost of $400 (approx. RS. 29,634). It is worth remarking that the smartphone’s predecessor, the Pixel 3a was released with the same price label last year. Also, the teaser poster displays a punch-hole for the selfie camera on the rear panel and an LED flash. Google Pixel 4a will sport a fingerprint scanner on the back. So, we’re no longer going to see an in-display fingerprint scanner for security.
Moreover, the smartphone should come in black and white as color variants. It is worth observing that the design of the Pixel 4a is similar to the renders published in the hands-on video. As for the rumored hardware, Pixel 4a might sport some powerful features. It is said to arrive with an octa-core Snapdragon 730 mid-range processor, which could also embody the Adreno 618 GPU, 6GB RAM, and 64GB space storage.
Google Pixel 4a should run on Android 10 OS with a stock Android UI. The device could also be released with a 5.81-inch FHD+ display and an FHD+ resolution. The main camera on the back would probably sport a 12MP sensor and arrive with 4K video recording support. A 3,080 mAh battery is believed to fuel the Google Pixel 4a.
