Communicating on messaging apps and on social media has evolved so much, we need multiple emojis to express our reactions and our thoughts. We are sure you have already chosen some emoji icons from your Android phone keyboard. But you also probably want more, which can help you when talking to someone more than the standard ones do. We are here to help you with that matter.
How You Can Make Your Own Emojis On Android System
Before we start, you need to get Google keyboard, Gboard, and make it your default keyboard. Download it, or make sure it is updated from the Play Store.
First of all, you need to go to a messaging app and open the text box. Then, click on the smiley face emoji icon and open the keyboard. After that, on the side left, there is the GIF button, and the “Stickers” button. Tap on the latter. Then, tap the far right and click the “Gear” button. Click on Create, and take a selfie. You will get a lot of emojis based on your face.
These emojis are presented in artistic styles. You can edit them by clicking on the “Customize” button. You can put them in any message, but make sure you are saving them. You will find them in stickers.
The special feature
If you want to be able to express them even better, then you can combine two emojis, which you can find in stickers. The feature is called Emoji Kitchen, and it was launched by Google in 2020. It works on Gmail, Messenger, Google Messages, WhatsApp, Snapchat, and Telegram. But the feature is still in test, and you need to register first.
First of all, you need to open your browser and type “Beta test the Google app for Android.” Then, enter the support.google.com webpage, and you will see a sub-heading named “Sign up as a beta tester.” You will need to click on the “opt-in page,” and you will get to another page. Click on the blue box, “Become a Tester.”
You will need to wait for a few seconds, so your account will get connected to the beta version. Then, go to a messaging app and open the text box. Then, click on the smiley face emoji icon in order to open the keyboard. Between the emoji library and the text box is a space, and the message “tap an emoji to get stickers.”
If you click on any emoji, you get a sticker on the blank space. Select a sticker, and it will be placed automatically in the text box, then it will be ready to be sent in the message. However, keep in mind that not every emoji is supported here.
Get more apps
If you want even more apps, keep in mind that you can always download new apps and new content. For example, Anymoji enables the creation of 3D animal emojis. Thanks to its TrueDepth feature, it captures our faces, and it can embody our expressions just right.
