Instagram story is a popular feature that allows you to view what your friends are doing. The stories are captivating, engaging, and there are lots of things to try. The story viewer list, on the other hand, lets the one who posted a story to see who watched the story.
In other words, the feature offers you a way to track people who saw everything you uploaded. However, it’s a little bit annoying, because the viewer list is automatically deleted after only 24 hours. Luckily, that thing is going to change soon. Alessandro Paluzzi, an app developer, claimed that Facebook is working at an Instagram viewer list update. So, we’ve got great news.
Instagram Story Viewer List Received A New Update
With the launch of the latest update, Instagram’s viewer list is now enabled by default for all users. The Story viewers list is now available for up to 48 hours. You can now track all the users who viewed your content for some extra time. Paluzzi posted a screenshot to explain how the new update looks. The viewer list now has the message: “Viewer lists and view counts aren’t available after 48 hours.”
The update is available for all Instagram users who installed the recent version of the app. The change is perfect for content creators. They can keep an eye on the number of followers who viewed their videos.
New Instagram Features to Come Soon
It seems that Instagram chooses to be different this year. We already witnessed a bunch of fantastic updates, and it’s not going to stop here. Currently, Instagram is testing the grounds for a feature to “hide specific stories from specific people,” according to Jane Manchun Wong. So, users could choose to hide their Instagram stories from someone. And the app will turn them into an exception.
