Riot Games has been hard at work, and the latest patch for League of Legends will be released in the following weeks.
Among the new changes, we can count a minor rework for Wukong and Yuumi. Akali will also receive a significant nerf to mobility and escape tricks. The balance team is also taking into account some of the changes that affected popular champions in 10.2. Below you can find a selected list of most of the upcoming changes.
Akali faces some serious nerfs as the Q energy cost has been increased from 100 to 80 to 120 to 100. The W movement decay in the shroud was also increased from 20%-40% to 30%-50%. R1 is now a targeted cast.
Aphelios’ Calibrum marks had their range lowered from infinite to 2000. Diana’s base mana pool was reduced from 420 to 375, and the damage dealt by W was decreased from 22-70 to 18-66.
Eko Jungle had its base attack speed lowered from 6.88 to 6.25, and the W stun will now last for two seconds instead of 2.25.
Leona’s W damage was lowered from 60-220 to 60-200, and the E damage was also altered from 60-220 to 50-210.
A bug that affected Lucian and his second passive shot will no longer deal with a full damage critical hit. Miss Fortune will also hit a bit slower as the attack speed per level was lowered from 3% to 2.25.
Monster Hunter buff changes
Giant monsters will now grant 60XP instead of 50. The bonus for the first large monster was also increased to 165XP instead of 150XP. The penalty for the excessive minion farm was also changed from -10 gold, removable when a jungle item is ready to -13 gold per minion and removed automatically at 14 minutes.
The changes are mixed in the case of Krug camps with both nerfs and boosts being present.
