Motorola has recently presented its first foldable smartphone, dubbed the Razr. Developers also confirmed that the device would be available in India in a couple of days. Currently, according to the newest statement, the global release date for Razr has been delayed. Such a fact occurred because of the high demand.
Moto Razr Release Date Postponed
Motorola declared in the latest official statement that because of the unbelievable feedback Razr is getting, and the developers have seen a rush in supply forecasts. They are currently adjusting the release date to provide to everyone who wants to purchase the smartphone.
Moreover, Motorola has also affirmed that there is no notable variation in the release time-frame. However, currently, the developers have not settled anything about the release, the sale period, or availability of the Motorola Razr in India. In the US, on the other hand, the smartphone was prepared to enter for pre-order on December 26.
Also, it was expected to be displayed as available for buying on January 9 for $1,500. It seems that Motorola might delay these periods, possibly for about a month or so.
Motorola Razr Features
Motorola Razr arrives with a 6.2-inch foldable P-OLED display and a 2.1-inch secondary G-OLED one. Qualcomm’s Snapdragon 710 SoC powers them, and as for its RAM, there is 6GB and 128 GB storage availability. Also, Razr runs on Android 9 Pie OS, with the promise of receiving the latest update of Android 10 OS soon.
As for its primary camera, Razr got a 16MP with an f/1.7 aperture lens and a 5MP for the selfie camera. The device, however, doesn’t come with a physical SIM card slot. It supports instead, an eSim which a 4G LTE and VoLTE. The battery of 2,510 mAh is also a two-cell battery put behind the two halves of the device with a USB Type-C port.
