If you remember the phrase ‘you forget a thousand things every day, make sure this is one of ’em!’ it means you have great taste in video games. That is one of the most well-known statements spoken by Ned Luke in GTA 5, the voice actor of Michael Townley.
Despite the fact that GTA 5 is seven years old, it remains insanely popular for all platforms. The game is even getting remade for the next-generation consoles PlayStation 5 and Xbox Series X, and it will take full advantage of the advanced hardware of the two machines.
Ned Luke gets filmed as speaking to a fan’s father
A fan encounters all three voice actors for GTA 5’s protagonist characters: Michael, Trevor, and Franklin. Since the fan’s dad himself is also a huge GTA fan, his son wanted to make him a pleasant surprise. Therefore, Ned Luke (Michael) himself took the phone and said to the older fan one of the most memorable lines in all of Grand Theft Auto series: ‘You forget a thousand things every day, make sure this is one of ’em!’.
And below you can see the original for comparison, as Michael says the same line several times in the game:
As an entire GTA community is eagerly waiting for the GTA 6 game to come out and numerous people online are competing with one another for providing rumors and speculations, Ned Luke also came to shed some light on the subject:
“They say GTA 6 is gonna be made in Vice City–how do all these people get all this information?,” Luke says. “People, do you not understand? Do not believe anything you see on the Internet from BossManF***TheWorld, or whatever his name is, or any of those guys,” he adds.
“They have no inside information,” Ned continues. “They’re just clickbait. If you hear it from Rockstar, then you know.”
Until GTA 6 arrives, we are free to enjoy the good old GTA 5 title for PlayStation 4, PlayStation 3, Xbox 360, Xbox One, and Windows PC.
