OnePlus Nord sale starts today, and along with it, the acclaimed phone manufacturer is rolling out a new OxygenOS update.
The update is the third OxygenOS update since the OnePlus Nord arrived in July and is available to download across North America, Europe, and India. Here is what you need to know.
OnePlus Nord Receives New OxygenOS: What to Expect
The official changelog points out that the OnePlus Nord update introduces the OxygenOS 10.5.3, the firmware variant of the OxygenOS 10.5.3.AC01DA – in India. The new update only mentions enhanced system stability but doesn’t offer more information about the system improvements.
The new OxygenOS update is the third version the OnePlus Nord is getting. Previously, the first version introduced improvements for the camera. It enhanced the depth sensor effect on the rear camera, system stability, and optimized power efficiency for video recording at 4K 60fps.
As for the second update, it brought the July 2020 Android security patch, which introduced a couple of significant fixes for general issues. The update also improved the firmware to connect the OnePlus Buds to the OnePlus Nord quickly.
