Oppo was rumored for quite a while to be working on two new A lineup smartphones, dubbed Oppo A73 and the A53.
The Oppo A73 is now listed on the company’s official website. Some of its specs, features and the design are now unveiled thanks to the listing.
The upcoming smartphone is said to arrive as a budget-friendly device. Here is what you need to know.
Oppo A73 Specs and Features Officially Unveiled
According to the image published on Oppo’s website, the Oppo A73 will sport a leather-textured rear surface, which we haven’t seen for quite a while on any mid-range or budget-friendly smartphones.
The smartphone will flaunt a slim profile of only 7.45mm thickness, and it will weigh approximately 163 grams. It will also be launched in two sleek shades, Classic Silver and Navy Blue.
The upcoming Oppo smartphone will sport a 6.44-inch AMOLED panel with FHD+ resolution, 1080×2400 pixels, 20:9 aspect ratio, and 90.7 % screen-to-body ratio.
The Oppo A73 will get its power from the Qualcomm Snapdragon 662 mid-range processor coupled with Adreno 610 GPU, 6GB RAM, and 128GB onboard storage configuration. The listing also reveals that the upcoming Oppo phone will ship with Android 10 OS topped with Color OS 7.2 UI.
The Oppo A73 will sport a quad-camera module of 16MP main sensor, an 8MP wide-angle sensor, and a pair of 2MP mono and macro sensors. Upfront, the smartphone will pack a 16MP camera for selfies and video calls.
The Oppo A73 will also arrive with an in-display fingerprint scanner for security and a 4,015mAh battery with 30W VOOC flash charge support.
Oppo didn’t release yet any details about the Oppo A73’s launch. However, we should expect more information about the upcoming smartphone’s price, availability, and other significant aspects in the coming months. The release date is said to be imminent.
