It’s that time of the year again when monsters, witches, vampires, warlocks, werewolves, zombies, ghosts, and other creatures of the dark emerge to strike fear into our hearts and rule among the living and innocent. Well, actually, there’s just a bunch of kids and teenagers who like to dress themselves that way, in order to impose fear on older people. Or maybe they just want to have fun somehow.
Whatever the case may be, Halloween fans have another reason to celebrate it: the notorious augmented reality game Pokemon GO will have a specific theme dedicated to the dreadful celebration. And let’s be honest: who wouldn’t like to see the cute little Pikachu with a scary outfit and struggling to look dangerous?
Darkrai is on his way
Darkrai is a ghost type Pokemon, very powerful, and the best part is that he doesn’t even need a Halloween costume since he’s very scary already. He will appear in tier five raids.
The event regarding Darkrai will start on October 17 at 4PM ET, and will last until November 1, 4PM ET. That’s the same start and end time universally. Darkrai likes to attack with either Snarl or Feint Attack (both Dark Attacks), then one of three moves to charge his evil powers. Charge moves can be Focus Blast (Fighting type), Shadow Ball (Ghost type), or Dark Pulse (Dark type). Darkrai is weak against Bug, Fairy, and Fighting type Pokemon.
