Powerbeats 4 Is On Shelves Although Apple Hasn’t Officially Released The Earbuds

Apple owns Beats’ Powerbeats 4 earbuds, we all know that. But what we do not know is..well, we do not know pretty much anything about them, since there is no confirmation about them. However, they are on the shelves in a certain Walmart in Rochester, New York. How is that possible? We are all wondering.

The possible price of the new Powerbeats 4

It all started when one of the shoppers saw the package and then tweeted a photo of that package. On there, it was written that the earbuds boast the 15 hours of battery life, which is what we also knew from previous leaks. They are available in red, white, and black, as we learned from rumors.

The earbuds from the picture had a price of $149 (that is around $206 CAD). However, this does not mean that this is the official price of the earbuds.

Will the new H1 wireless chip be found in Powerbeats 4?

We first heard of these new earbuds in January, when some icons made their appearance on iOS. And just last month, the earbuds made their appearance in an FCC listing.

As rumor has it, the Apple’s new H1 wireless chip will be a feature to the earbuds, which means that they will probably come with voice support for certain features, including Hey Siri. This is quite interesting, and we are looking forward to seeing how that will work.

Is there any confirmation on this matter?

We are not sure why the earbuds went on sale before any confirmation or official announcement in Walmart in New York. But due to the global environment right now, it just might be a mistake, according to some reports online. As of now, we are waiting for an official announcement from Apple about the availability of Powerbeats 4 and the official price of the earbuds.
