Xiaomi has announced another handset dubbed the Redmi 9i under its Redmi 9 series. The newest smartphone will sit next to the Redmi 9 Prime, Redmi 9, and the Redmi 9A.

Redmi 9i Expected Specs and Features
Redmi 9i will sport a 6.53-inch HD+ Dot Drop (720×1600) panel with a 20:9 aspect ratio. The handset is powered by a mighty processor, the MediaTek Helio G25 SoC, paired with up to 4GB RAM and 128GB internal storage with additional expansion options to 512GB.
The Redmi 9i will be fueled by a 5,000mAh battery with support for 10W fast charging tech. The handset will be launched with Android 10 OS topped with MIUI 12 out-of-the-box.
Coming to the photography skills, Redmi 9i houses a single 13MP AI rear camera and a 5MP front shooter that supports AI portrait selfie.
Other specs include a face unlock, a gyro sensor, proximity sensor, e-compass, and an ambient light sensor.
Redmi 9i Price Tag and Availability Details
The Redmi 9i will be launched in two storage versions including 4GB RAM + 64GB, and 4GB RAM + 128GB storage options. The price tag of the 64GB storage version is Rs. 8,299, while the other version has been set at Rs. 9,299.
Redmi 9i will hit the market on September 18 at 12 PM. You can buy the smartphone via Flipkart, Mi Home Stores, Mi.com, choosing from relaxing Nature Green, bold Midnight Black, and sleek Sea Blue color variants.
