But what can you do when that powerful camera of the Samsung Galaxy S20 is malfunctioning or not working at all? We’re here to answer that question. And of course, changing your phone is not an option.
Restart the phone
As simple as it sounds, this method has the potential of getting you rid of a lot of trouble, including making the camera working again. By restarting the phone, you’re refreshing its memory and reloading all services and apps. The way to restart your Samsung phone is like a walk in the park:
- Press and hold both the power key and the volume down button for 10 seconds.
- When the phone turns back on and the S20 logo shows on the screen, you must release both of the keys and wait for the reboot to be finished.

Clear the cache and data
