Folks over at Samsung are believed to announce the brand new Galaxy Watch 3 sometime during the Galaxy Unpacked 2020 virtual event, which takes place a week from now, on 5 August. Despite that, there have already been some leaks of the press renders and the full specifications of the Galaxy Watch 3. A YouTuber has just posted the entire unboxing video of the Galaxy Watch 3, an entire week ahead of the official announcement.
The unboxing video was posted by The Mobile Central and it also shows the device from as many angles as it was possible, while also explaining the pairing process. A retailer located in the United Arab Emirates has just sold the 41 mm Mystic Bronze version of the Galaxy Watch 3. The host of the channel goes beyond that. It even compares the size and the design of the Galaxy Watch 3 to that of the Apple Watch Series 4, Galaxy Watch and the Gear S3 Frontier Edition.
The first impressions video even claims that the build quality of the Galaxy Watch 3 is a lot better than that of the first Galaxy Watch. A big return is made by the rotating bezel, which, according to the host of the video, is highly tactile. There are some other features made by the watch, including a heart-rate measurement, step tracking, sleep tracking and workout tracking. Everything can be viewed in its entirety in a software tour. There are some new faces for the watch that can be seen in the full video.
The Mystic Bronze version of the Galaxy Watch 3 41 mm is probably targeted towards women, since the leather strap is short, even for the skinny YouTuber. Regardless, Samsung is sure to also sell a 45 mm version of the smartwatch.
