The Samsung Galaxy S11 (or the Galaxy S20 as it will be called officially) will be launched on February 11. Why are we so sure? Samsung was careless enough to live reveal an official promotional video a tad too early, exposing the date.
The video was observed by Max Weinbach from XDA Developers and Twitter user @water8192, showing two boxy shapes rising up from beneath a cover. At the final moments of the clip, the boxes stop in place to be part of the Galaxy logo and at the bottom of the video, the date February 11, 2020, is clearly displayed as the date of the Unpacked event.
The two shapes that were presented in the video hint the fact that the Korean tech giant might launch both the Galaxy S11 and the Galaxy Fold 2 soon. The box that was placed on the left side of the video resembles the leaked camera enclosure of the Galaxy S11 Plus, while the box from the right side might be a hint to the rumored successor of Samsung’s foldable phone.
This might seem a bit exaggerated at first, but the fact that the video was removed only moments after the revelation was made makes it obvious that Samsung didn’t intend to reveal that date, or at least not anytime soon.
Even though the video was taken down by Samsung officials, plenty of netizens reuploaded it on YouTube.
Here is the video! See and analyze for yourself.
